NICE TO
MEET YOU,
I'M DAVID
KINDNESS

I'm a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), photographer, and designer living in San Diego, California. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Point Loma Nazarene University back in 2016, then completed the CPA Exam back in 2017. Since then, I've worked as a tax accountant, senior accountant, finance writer, and finance editor since then. My clients have included Investopedia, Mutual of Omaha, OnPay, The Balance, Your Creative CPA, and more. Currently, I'm proud to be CeriFi's Tax Content Editor.

I grew up in Seattle, Washington, and attended high school there. After graduation, I attended the University of Washington for one year before transferring to PLNU in San Diego. My work has included tax accounting, senior accounting, and finance writer and editor. My hobbies, on the other hand, include photography, travel (I've visited 30 countries so far), rock climbing, and Onewheeling. In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family and outside in San Diego.
